Basic Leadership Program (Stage 1)           
Target audience: Young school leavers, graduates and young managers from the age of 21
Courses for BLP Stage 1:

• Basic Principles of Leadership
• Authority and Submission
• Shepherding and mentoring principles
• Integrity and personal Ethics
• Evangelism in Leadership Principles
• Strategies and Models of prayer – Tool for Leadership
• Biblical Principles of Tithes of Offering
• Time Management and Personal Effectiveness
• Goal Settings and Managing Priorities
• Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Basic Marketing and Customer Service Sills

The course modules will require practical sessions, case studies and workshops. It will run for 8 weeks (Saturdays ONLY) for 4 hours on each day. Tuition Fee: N5, 000.
1st DIET: 10th March to 28th April 2007
